From consultations to tax filing and ongoing tax advisory, clients are generally assisted directly by the representative tax accountant.

Aki Kojima
Representative / Certified Tax Accountant, MBA
Based in Osaka, Japan, I support individuals and small businesses with Japanese tax matters, including cases involving overseas income and cross-border issues.
Before becoming a tax accountant, I worked in corporate roles involving international trade, accounting, HR, and IT. This experience helps me understand not only tax rules, but also the practical flow of business and transactions.
Consultations are available in both Japanese and English.

Tax Education and Community Activities
In addition to my work as a tax accountant, I also conduct tax education classes for elementary school students in Japan.
Rather than simply explaining how taxes work, I try to design each class based on the needs of the school or grade level. I include group work and opportunities for students to share their ideas, so that they can think and discuss for themselves how taxes are connected to public services, schools, and local communities.
