- Preparation of necessary documents: I assist you in preparing the required documents for your loan application. Specifically, we prepare business plans, financial statements, and other documents for submission to financial institutions.
- Negotiation with financial institutions: I negotiate with financial institutions on your behalf to obtain optimal loan terms. Our experts communicate with financial institutions and support smooth talks.
- Loan application support: I assist with the application process and submit the documents on your behalf. We provide comprehensive support from the confirmation of submitted documents to the application process.
- Advice on cash management: I also provide advice on post-financing cash management to support sound business operations. I also offer advice on how to use the funds and repayment plans.

Fees
First-time interview material： JPY27,500
- Payment is required before the initial meeting.
- If the loan is successful, the initial interview fee will be deducted from the compensation amount.

- The remaining balance is due upon approval of the loan.
- Payment must be made by wire transfer or credit card by the end of the previous month.

Available weekdays and Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm.
Eligible Clients
- This service is available to clients within 60 minutes of Osaka Station by public transportation (excluding Shinkansen, airplanes, and boats).

Cancellation Policy
- Please note that cancellations after payment are non-refundable.
- If you cannot attend, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Application Process
- Application: Apply for the consultation through the form.
- Consultation: During the consultation, we will discuss your situation and prepare strategies for potential financing, financial review, and banking approaches.
- Contract Agreement: If you are satisfied with the consultation, we will proceed with the loan support contract. Please note that the initial consultation fee is non-refundable, even if the agreement is not finalized.
- Commencement of Services: We will begin the support services once the contract is signed.
